“Paging Doctor Tushy, please report to the anal clinic.” I was pretty sure this was going to be another anal reality site set in the ER or something but instead was treated to a massive collection of unique medical fetish content. It’s a rather small niche as far as fetishes go and to find hundreds of photos and videos here was surprising to say the least.

If you came for the tushy and don’t quite get the doctor/medical aspect let me flesh it out for you. The medical fetish niche features action that includes gyno exams with speculums, injections, breast groping and massaging, and other types of poking and prodding around a naked babe’s body that’s laid out on an examination table. There are no hardcore sex scenes here so don’t expect any. The site stays very focused on the medical aspect but makes sure to bring you the hottest babes into the examination room.

The only real complaint I have with Doctor Tushy is the lackluster members area. It’s not only that the site is boring and plain but that it is both hard to navigate and browse for specific types of content. Essentially the entire site consists of multiple pages of unlabeled thumbnails and links to downloads. There are no model names listed or descriptions to help guide you nor is there a search function, any type of categorization or even a models index. Be prepared to page through thumbnails and their attached photo galleries to determine which scenes you’ll want to download.

There are a lot of pages to go through with over 320 video episodes online at the time of this review. These are excellent quality videos that you can download in both Windows Media and MPEG formats as a series of short clips or a single full-length file. On average a scene runs around 10 minutes in length and new clips are added 3 times per week, making for a complete episode every 7 days or so.

Every episode also has a photo gallery that contains around 80 good quality regular-res images. They are rather average in size and quality but still worth a look, mostly because it’s the only way to see what a scene is about without downloading it and watching it. You can browse through the images online but there are no download options available outside of right-clicking and choosing “save target as” for every photo.

There are no bonus sites included with Doctor Tushy but members get dozens of bonus videos mixed in with the site’s own content. These are taken from related sites like Tushy Lickers, Bad Tushy, Shemale Tushy and Sleeping Tushy. The price is expensive but for this amount of high quality and hard-to-find niche content it’s a real bargain. Fans of the medical fetish should check out this site immediately.
